What reviewers said

Battery looks great and the installers were nice. Poor service and communication from the advisor. I had an independent electrician review the batteries and he said the batteries were fine but I didn’t have enough power generation to charge the batteries to the full extent. My electric bill hasn’t changed much. Not really saving much money. I don’t think it’s Tesla quality but I do think it’s the sales person and the advisor not doing their job well, i think they need more training or needs to be fired. I was told I would a get a call back and still haven’t received a call back. I blame myself

I would say that the customer support is not satisfied. It is slow to get the support and response. The smoke detector is still not resolved after more than half years.

System does not seem compatible with my old solar panel. Can’t get a hold of anybody at Tesla to see what the problem is. Once they install your panel, they’re done with you.

  • 3★ · around June 2026

Overall system works well, giving 3 stars because system is not meeting my needs. Tesla engineers could have designed better way to place panels in such a way that energy could have been generated throughout the daytime. Currently what it is doing is, it is generating what it is designed for during first half of the day and store into battery. But at 4 to 8 PM it does not generate any power even though there is ample amount of sunlight available.

The Wahoo! crew was absolutely amazing! They were extremely polite and took great pride in their work. I really appreciated Sotero and his crew.

  • 5★ · around September 2026

Easy, friendly, fun, great price, great product. Bought solar, powerwalls, charger. All from Tesla, installed by Tesla, supported by Tesla. Fantastic experience!

Great installation and service. Communication was excellent.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
