The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 51 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Can’t get a hold of anyone after electrical issue since last visit. Emailed multiple times & have called every day since. Just called today & apparently they’re bankrupt

They put in my solar panels before doing their due diligence and realizing there needed to be some changes to the electric panel. Tried to make me pay for the mistake, I said no, now they just ghosted leaving the panels, I don’t even pay for the solar because it’s not turned on. I just want them to remove it at this point.

Have been waiting 3 month to be able to use my system after receiving PTO then being asked to turn off the system because the wrong paperwork was submitted. There has been no movement and they continue to blame sdge and Tesla, but they are responsible for submitting the correct paperwork. So now I have $24k worth of dead equipment on my roof.

During my recent solar project I encountered several Freedom Forever employees; designer, several inspectors, installers, etc. Every single one was a pleasant and competent person. Even the most basic solar project can be complex, involving the type plan, the finance company (entity you pay), the design/install company, the battery producer and both your city and SDGE inspectors, among other things. Freedom Forever handled all the aspects of the project in a fully professional manner

I want to acknowledge the work that Freedom Forever did replacing my roof. Freedom Forever's Construction Crew team Spartan 1, headed by Jose, did an excellent job replacing my old dilapidated roof with a new fresh-looking one, with attention to details and high quality workmanship. The crew was very accommodating and easy to work with. I had a newly constructed paver driveway with pavers all around the sides of the house including the backyard patio and pool deck. The crew took necessary measures in protecting the driveway using plywood and tarp materials from any cracks or scratching from th

I normally don’t leave reviews but after my most recent experience with this company I felt that I had to go out of my way to leave my comments. The installing crew did a great job installing the solar system even though my home was not the easiest to work with. The best part of the whole process in getting solar was working with Mr. Marvin llamas. He has been the most attentive and informative person I have worked with in a very long time. We had sat with Sunrun and agreed to go solar with them but they dropped the ball many times and we decided to cancel with them. I am so glad that cancelle

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
