Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Tyler. Across Texas, 399 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

Everyone we worked with was helpful, courteous, and incredibly patient as we learned about installing solar with a backup battery. The work was professional and truly top-notch. These are people you can trust—they clearly communicated everything they were going to do ahead of time and made sure we understood all of our options. Once the work actually started, the process moved incredibly fast, and we were up and running in no time. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new system and love being able to watch our savings grow on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

Wonderful group of guys to work with! Very knowledgeable when it comes to Solar systems and with providing and explaining in detail the different options available. Everything completed on time and professionally!

Solar company "Texas Responsible Energy" installed solar on my home and the results have been fantastic. When power goes down in the area because of storms etc. I still have power in my home. This company is honest and they take extreme care to help their customers. When it came to cost, the expense of putting solar on my home was so much less than what I would have paid with the electric company. This is has been a great decision for me.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
