Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Carlsbad. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 58 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Carlsbad whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. The Solar Cleaners is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

If your solar panels need cleaning you should contact the Solar Cleaners. Fritz and his team do a fantastic job for a great price!

  • 5★ · around August 2026

Fritz and his hard working team have been handling my warehouse roof since 2011. We have 160 panels and these guys, our fantastic, never had a problem. Always on time always professional always polite. My neighbors kid has a drone and he flew it up there and inspected after Fritz was finished, and we were both impressed. Highly recommend. A+++

Fritz communicates well and does a great job keeping the panels in good condition.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“care of my solar panels and windows since 2020. Their setup is very efficient and…”

  • Years in business

“worked with The Solar Cleaners for over 4 years. They are always on time, quick,…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
