The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I chose the Best Solar company and believe me I've shopped around. They made me feel like a partner not just a sale. This is a company I would definitely recommend 100%. Great communication with follow up and commitment to its personal touch. I wish every company aspired to provide the level of service The Solar Elite does. They left no question unanswered. Scheduling was a breeze, fast efficient and kept me involved in the process the entire time. I am just a very happy customer obtaining long term savings. If you are considering solar, this is the company to help you produce your own energy

The Solar Elite team has saved me $6,893 in the last year and a half, but who’s counting? Andrew and his crew are professional yet personable and understanding. They answered my 1 million questions, and saved me on a hybrid water heater and much needed roof replacement as well. If you are not using these guys you are doing your home a huge disservice. The panels were installed in 4 weeks while my neighbor across the street has been waiting over 4 months.

The team here was phenomenal from start to finish. They saved me over 100k in my electric bill in the upcoming years. I wouldn't choose anyone else to do the work besides the solar elite. They were knowledgeable about all aspects of solar and even helped us to change our roof from an old shingle roof to metal and it looks amazing. I will recommend them to all my coworkers and neighbors

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
