Its one and two star share is 12 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 352 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Great company. I made an appointment on Tuesday 4/25 for my day off on 4/28. The 2 repairmen showed up early and diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes. Unit had went into standby and I couldn’t reset it. They didn’t charge me and didn’t accept a tip. Only 2 bottles of water. Sorry I didn’t remember the guys name. Thank you guys!

Solar Panel Doctors are a great and honest company. Everyone should be using them for their solar panel maintenance needs. They are fair and knowledgeable. Solar Panel Doctors gave me a great analysis of my system. This has given me confidence to buy out my solar lease and I will be using them for any maintenance required during my ownership. Thank you Solar Panel Doctors for your help!!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, established and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Eastvale is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
