Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Washington. Across Washington, 61 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Awesome service! 👍 We just used The Solar People to get our solar panels bird-proofed, and they did an amazing job. Santino was awesome to deal with. He showed up right on time, really knew his stuff, and was super professional. His communication was great throughout the whole process, and he even checked in a few days later to make sure everything was working perfectly and the birds were actually staying away. Highly recommend these guys—and definitely ask for Santino if you want someone who goes the extra mile!

Very nice and professional. Quick to respond, answer any questions and to get the job done. He was very helpful through the process and his pricing was great. Highly re6

We had 5 years of pigeon buildup under our solar panels. Santino was prompt and professional, both in creating his initial estimate and in then completing his service. His extra charge for cleaning out the pigeon droppings was very reasonable.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and YouTube. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Spokane Valley is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
