    So I purchased and signed our contract back in May 2025 but didn't get the solar panels connected and running till December 2025 after many technicians came but couldn't get it installed as they kept running into issues with parts and technicians not being available. I was also told by the salespeople Jonathan and Christian that I would get to defer payment for the first 4-6 months since my wife is a JPO and is considered a first responder, but after it was installed, the new loan company would not be able to honor that. So after many attempts to contact Christian, he finally got back to me an

    UPDATE (7/5/2026): This may have been a good company once but they no longer are. They haven’t returned my calls or texts. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn’t bother responding to them in the 30 day period. If I could give THS Home Solar 0 stars, I would. I wish I had gone with a different company. They did the installation of my panels. The installation of my solar panels was quick, just a few days after I signed up. That was just before Memorial Day 2025. It took a month for the electric company to come out and inspect the installation. It failed the inspectio

    I got solar panels from Josh and he ripped me off the solar system doesn’t do what he said and I have seen a bill every month DO NOT GET SCAMMED do your research and he never answers his phone reporting him to attorney general

    Talked with Josh and Carlos over this last month. Had a great experience talking to both. They talked me through the contract and explained everything in great detail. Helped reassure any doubts that I had were remedied. Even highlighted where in the contract the information I requested was located. Couldn't have asked for a better set of people to do business with.
