The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 41 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Yet another person to add to the negative reviews. No updates, poor communication, and they lie. Said they'd come back to finish up the job, but had no intention of coming back out, since they were actually going to be at another job site. This specifically refers to the crew that came out. Scheduling is also not great. They often need a reminder to get the scheduling call done. The manager has been much more responsive, and as helped in coordinating. Added a few stars for service recovery, but totally could've been avoided in the first place.

I was a little hesitant of this company at first because of the previous reviews but Jalen was able to put my mind at ease and I am very thankful for him. He was very informative and patient when it comes to customers. I definitely recommend this company from my experience, more specifically I recommend dealing with Mr. Jalen Davis. Thanks again.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
