  Horrible Service – Tribe Solar is a Scam! I regret ever choosing Tribe Solar for my solar panel installation. The entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. First of all, their customer service is non-existent. After I signed the contract, they disappeared. They were impossible to get in touch with, and when they finally did respond, they gave me vague, unhelpful answers. When the crew finally showed up to install the panels, I was shocked at how unprofessional they were. They were late, disorganized, and didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing.   Complete Scam – Avoid Tribe Solar! I can't believe how awful my experience with Tribe Solar has been. This company is nothing but a scam. From the moment I signed up for their solar installation, things started to go wrong. Communication was terrible—they ignored my calls and emails, leaving me in the dark about my project. When they finally showed up to install the panels, it was clear they had no idea what they were doing. The installation was sloppy and took forever to complete.   We had to have our roof replaced but needed our solar panels removed to do so. Since the company that put ours in is out of business, the roofing company had Tribe come out to remove them. They showed up on time, did a very good job at placing the panels in an area safe from damage during the process. We wanted to add 4 more panels and Fred gave us a very reasonable rate for them plus the installation. He and his crew did a great job on the re-install. A few weeks after this we had an issue and Fred came out very quickly to find out the issue, ordered the parts and got us back up and going in

  Nobody tried pushing upgrades we didn’t need, which made the experience feel more honest. Installation went quickly and the team answered questions without sounding rehearsed or overly sales focused.

• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
