Its one and two star share is 21 points above the typical installer in Maryland. Across Maryland, 12 of the 111 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 200 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Negative 5 Stars – I Would Never Recommend Trinity Solar to anyone on this EARTH If I could give Trinity Solar negative stars, I would. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer, and their customer service has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Also it too them 3months before I had service for solar On 5 March, one of their installers fell through the ceiling in one of my bedrooms. While they apologized and assured me they would take care of everything, here we are five months later, and the job is still not complete. After the accident, they removed three large contractor bags f

Trinity Solar installed panels on our home two months ago yet we are still not “up and running“. Somebody is benefiting from the solar power being gathered from the panels installed in our home and garage but it certainly not us.

I signed papers to get system in Oct 2025. Had the system installed Dec 2025. Inspection failed in Feb 2026. Still waiting for corrections from inspection. I have made several calls to get information on when this may be remedied. Always told that someone will call me back. As usual no return call. Hoped yo have system before winter ended to minimize bills. Oh well winter is over and almost $900.00 per month electric bills were not fun. Don't know what to do now. I have a nice roof full of panels just no service to go with it.

Update on my post: Got a call from the project manager who told me that it was the rental company who did not explain to their crew that the contract for pick up of the heavy machinery was 24 to 48 hours. They finally took the heavy machinery off my driveway. The installation team was friendly and efficient. It was unfortunate that they did not tell me what was going on regarding the eqpt . I would have given them 5 stars if I was informed about the situation the day of installation.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
