    I'm still waiting on someone from Freedom Forever to call me regarding my system not functioning since August 2025, this is ridiculous. I called them today and the recording says FF is in the middle of a chapter 11 restructuring but still operating. If FF is still operating, I need to speak to a live person and not Rita AI. Thank you

    I was not pleased with the positioning of panels. They were installed while ice was on the roof. The weight of the ice that came off the roof destroyed my patio furniture. A claim was submitted and I have called for over a month regarding payment. No response! Customer service lacks severely with this company. Would not recommend.

    My solar system was installed in October 2025 by Freedom Forever, but my experience has been frustrating. During the sales process I was told I would be able to see both solar production and home energy consumption in real time. After installation I discovered my system only shows production because CT clamps were never installed. My neighbor with a similar system can see both production and consumption in his app, which makes this even more confusing (see photos). I also still cannot access my Freedom Forever customer portal, and customer service has not been able to explain or resolve the is

    Freedom Forever was great to work with. Ashley was wonderful, very responsive, helpful, and always available to answer my many questions. The process took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. I’m looking forward to saving on my electric bills. I would recommend Freedom Forever to anyone considering solar for their home.

    I am very happy with the installation of my solar panels by Freedom Forever. The crew was very professional and they made sure everything was neat and aesthetic as possible. Everything was fully documented with pictures for my records. I highly recommend them.
