    Scheduling was horrible. First time they were 4 hours late. Didn't come backfor a week and didn't complete the work. Finally came back another week later and that crew was wonderful. Worked in the snow to complete the installation. Bit if service is as bad as the installation, I won't be keeping this service

    This company will take your money and install solar on your roof, but it will take a long time for them to turn it on. Choose a local company not the one based in Utah.

    This review mainly concerns the team that installed the solar panels. The Sales Rep, the proposed deal, and the products and services themselves are satisfactory so far. Once all is approved, you schedule a time for your solar panels to be installed. First problem: Timing - I had scheduled a start time between 11am and 2pm. The crew arrived at my house at 4pm. They claimed that earlier jobs had taken more time. They did not call to tell me they would be arriving late, nor did they call at all. Instead, they just began backing into the driveway behind my house without even looking back there. I

    the installation crew was great. They didn't interrupt my daily routine and they left my property clean and clear of any debris. I was a little disappointed in the customer service information however. I was told that I did NOT have to have my monthly payment deducted from my bank account but they set it up that way any way. I am in the process of trying to get this corrected.

    The sales representative, Owen, has been great, responding to my concerns in a timely manner and very helpful. The installation crew encountered miserable weather for the initial installation and had to come back to complete the roof. They are great guys, efficient, despite the elements, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them. The foreman kept me in the loop, regarding the reschedule process and was on the job site an hour earlier than we discussed both days. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Now I just have to wait for the final inspection, to get the system turned on.
