The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 14 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

After making the important decision to purchase a solar battery for my system, I researched several vendors and ultimately chose Watts Home Services. They provide excellent service to the Orinda area in Contra Costa County. I contacted Ed Watts, who took the time to listen to my specific concerns and offered solid, practical solutions. From that initial conversation, the entire purchase and installation process was smooth and completely stress free. Installation Highlights: —Professional Team: Clay and Justin arrived on time and performed an expert installation of the battery. —Reliability: I

"Ed and the team at Solar With Watts helped us install solar panels at our home in Murphys, CA, which qualified us for free Tesla Powerwall batteries through California's SGIP program before it closed. Since we're in PG&E territory in Calaveras County, we ran into a transformer issue that took some persistence to resolve, but Ed stayed on top of it with me every step of the way. Phase one (the solar panel installation) went smoothly, and now phase two (the Tesla battery installation) is done and looking great. Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

  • It posts on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. El Dorado Hills is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
