    I paid for a maintenance subscription, I am a paying customer. I paid for their services 4 months ago. Since then there has been no change to my failing solar system. Chad, the owner, does not reply to messages nor emails. He is very hard to get ahold of and just leaves you hanging for months at a time. Seems like once they get your money, they just ignore you. As far as I know they've gone out of business. Update: 7 months after paying, fixed it myself. We Service Solar did absolutely nothing.

    Great idea on paper. Reality, not quite so much. We needed to replace multiple panels. Charged $300 just to come out and look at the house. A month later we get an estimate for the work. Well better late than never, I guess. However it wasn't quite right so I requested some changes to the estimate. Never heard from them again.

    This is a scam!!! They have never visited my home nor seen my solar setup. I simply asked to see a list of the services they provide me and I have not received anything. All I see is my credit card charged each month! Do not sign up for their services.

    We purchased our panels from a company that went out of business and didn't let us know. After less than two years, it quit working. I spent months trying to find someone who would fix it without results. Finally, I got in touch with We Service and they agreed to fix it as it was still under warranty. They came out within days and had it up and running. We have had no trouble since and they did it all with no cost to us even though we didn't have the service to begin with. They were extremely helpful and courteous and answered my emails immediately. It has been a real comfort to know we will n

    When I first signed up for We Service Solar, I was not sure of what this consisted of, but the value was excellent at $15.99 a month. Once I was signed up, I received notice from We Service Solar that 2 of my solar panels were not functioning correctly. Two techs were sent out within a week and they had to replace a part on both of the panels in question. Now everything works great. Thank you We Service Solar
