I had an error reading show up on our Generac battery backup. Generac helped me to find someone that would help us (since their listing of contractors was wrong). On 11/30, I was told that Sam Courtney of Wind Turbines of Ohio would be contacting us - he didn't, and he didn't return my phone calls to him. On 12/15 (2 weeks later), I contacted Generac and asked for help. They were horrible and did not help at all. On 12/21 (3 weeks now), I filed a complaint against Generac. Literally, within minutes, Sam of Wind Turbines of Ohio contacted me (I'm sure that was purely coincidental). Not only did

This is a very good buisness with good service.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Insured

“lines. Contact our fully licensed and insured company for more information and to…”

• Licensed

“new product lines. Contact our fully licensed and insured company for more…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and family owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
