Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Georgia. Across Georgia, 42 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 53 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Don’t hire this company to do your solar nor electrical needs, they have no experience in any of those trades.

My home solar system stopped producing power, and SolarEdge (manufacturer of the inverter) said "contact your installer. Since the original installer was out of business, I contacted Zero Grid Power Solutions. They came out and diagnosed the issue as a failed inverter. They handled the warranty exchange paperwork with SolarEdge, and had the replacement inverter installed within a few days. I was very fortunate to find such a competent, professional team in my area to repair my solar system. Five stars!

Zero Grid Power Solutions was amazing! They were able to come out & install our Starlink next day, saving a ton of stress regarding getting our new home up & running in order to be able to WFH. The technicians were extremely kind & thorough. The service was quick & painless & pricing was comparable to others I’d called. Would definitely recommend & will definitely use in the future as needed!

Kole was wonderful to work with. Got me on the schedule expeditiously. His team came out and installed a part provided by my manufacturer and found another issue that they fixed. I appreciate the follow up and testing to guarantee the original issue was resolved. Highly recommend this company!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
