    I had a very disappointing experience with AEC Solar. From the beginning, communication was poor and follow-through was inconsistent. After installation, I continued to experience unresolved issues with the system, including billing and performance concerns. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I received limited support and no clear resolution. What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Promises were made but not kept, timelines were missed, and I was often left chasing updates with no response. As a customer making a major financial investment, this level of s

    Initially, I would have give more stars but I would now advise AGAINST using this company. I paid a refundable deposit more that 7 weeks ago and each time I call, email or text someone to find out the status of the refund, I get a different response. Examples or responses:it can be mailed or delivered by your salesperson (salesperson unexpectadly out of the office), the person who needs to sign the check is out of the office, have you checked your bank account, I will check with my supervisor tomorrow to get this expedited. At no point has anyone verbally contacted me regarding the refund. Ins

    Absolutely ridiculous customer service. A guy by name Nate W knocked on my door and started talking about the AEC Solar but lacked knowledge about solar and when I asked some questions, he got upset and started acting unprofessionally and when I asked him to leave my premises, he got more upset an started using profanity. Seems like he was just a temporary worker, based on his attitude and response. I would not recommend this guy or company to anyone looking for solar. There are a lot more options in the market. So, please be careful.

    I like the fact that we are producing a lot of solar for the grid, but wish there had been a little more interaction with me for my concerns during installation, and more contact since installation.

    We had the pleasure of working with James to set up Soler for our Home. The entire company was wonderful to work with and we’re so happy with the job that they did couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. 10/10

    I have been a homeowner for more than 40 years and have worked with several contractors who did renovations and other projects around the house. AEC Solar stands out as one of the very best. I contracted with AEC Solar about a year ago to install solar panels on the roof. The company was quick, efficient, and did an outstanding job. It was also important to me that their representatives kept me fully informed throughout the installation process. They answered all my questions and have remained very accessible in the time since.     We worked with AEC Solar on a residential solar project and had a very positive experience. The team was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to coordinate with throughout the project. Communication was clear, the site was well organized, and the team clearly took pride in the quality of the finished installation. AEC Solar is absolutely a company we recommend to homeowners and businesses considering a solar project!
