Its one and two star share is 23 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 70 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I had to submit a warranty claim for one of their water tanks that literally burst at every seam, left a huge mess in my home, and left my mom without hot water while I was deployed. First, we were informed that there were a lot of recent warranty claims on that model, suggesting it was of bad quality to begin with. Then, instead of sending a technician to my home to look at the unit and assess the damage, my mom was told to send pictures. I had to pay freight for the replacement unit. When it arrived, we realized that the drain back reservoir tank was not included (it was installed on top of

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“systems can be expected to last over 20 years. One of America’s largest…”

Its website also mentions warranty and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
