ARE Solar

Every company we hold in Colorado whose Google breakdown has been read, grouped by their share of one and two star reviews. ARE Solar is in the highlighted group.

Very responsive on calls and very experienced on solar technology and monitoring

My father kept doubting whether solar would even work properly in our area, but this company explained everything patiently without sounding annoyed. The installation crew worked carefully around our rooftop garden and didn’t damage a single plant. That attention to detail really impressed my parents.

ARE Solar has an amazing customer service and they are very knowledgeable. They helped me decide what I needed and they do not upsell you. Installation was quick and efficient. They explained the process and I got updates along the way during the install. I had my solar for over 2 years now and I have no issues. Overall I would highly recommend ARE Solar if you are looking for a great company to work with.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

“the install. I had my solar for over 2 years now and I have no issues. Overall I…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• Google also lists this company under pressure washing.
• It posts on X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
