Its one and two star share is 5 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 285 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 28 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

After being told by Greg that our job was so small, with 6 windows and a screen door, and that they really weren’t going to make any profit, he ended up being a no call no show for our estimate appointment. We used this company around 27 years ago and thought we would give them repeat business, not now and would give zero stars if I could. Update to owners response: You are right, Greg did give us an off the top of his head “guess” on how much it might cost. That was not “an over the phone “quote”, and that is when he said it was a small job and ya’ll would make little profit! None of that rea

If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Never returns calls. Won’t come to look at the screens that were installed INCORRECTLY. Literally the worst company. Save your money and go elsewhere

It’s been a wonderful experience working with Atlas Door / solar screen. My solar screens were installed today and the Technicians show so much kindness and professionalism.

Has Atlas Solar install solar screens on the windows of our house along with golf solar screens on a couple windows that face the golf course that backs up to our property. They have improved the amount of heat coming in our windows from the sun and the golf windows have prevented any windows from being broken due to errant golf shots. The price was reasonable and the windows look great.

I've used Atlas Solar-Tex for my personal house, and remodel projects throughout the years. They have always performed the work in a professional, timely manner, and for a fair price.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Its website also mentions established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
