Its one and two star share is 5 points below the typical installer in Phoenix. Across Arizona, 172 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 100 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

I highly recommend AZ Solar. Acting as the general contractor for my own home addition means I work with a lot of different companies and trades and my standards for communication, punctuality, and quality are incredibly high. Their customer service is great, and they went above and beyond throughout the entire process. It's great to work with company that care about their clients and the quality of their work. If you're in the Valley and need solar, or help repairing, moving and/or reinstalling, I highly recommend the team at AZ Solar.

These guys work hard and get the job done. Unbothered by the heat and determined to make the customer happy.

  • 5★ · around May 2026

They were great! I thought it was going to hassle to get my roof replaced with my solar panels but they made everything easy. Alex was very communicative and informative. The guys were friendly and did a great job, even washed my panels before they left

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“without puncturing or voiding your warranty. Bird droppings and debris buildup…”

  • Licensed

“of experience in the field, and a licensed contractor. We’re committed to…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
