    I was approached with an opportunity to switch to Solar by this company back in the beginning of 2023 at that time I was glad to be able to go on this adventure but since the installation of the SOLAR & HVAC by the end of 2023 all I’ve gotten is a bill from DUKE ENERGY 2X’s the original price and a new bill on top of it from the finance company. At this time I’ve made every attempt to contact these people to make my grievances known but they have ignored my attempts & blamed their shortness of staff as an excuse for not being able to come fix my issues which was caused by them at the install o

    Beam solar is a poor choice to get you solar Panels. They installed our panels in January 2023 and didn’t get them up and running until August 2023. The salesman said the panels would offset my Duke Power bill and it hasn’t come close. Duke payment went down $80 a month and the loan payment for the panel plus the Duke power payment is more than what I was paying. Beam solar is very shady and hard to get In Touch with once they have their money

    Find someone else for your solar needs. The sales guy was very friendly but the quality of customer service just went down from there. As part of my solar deal I was also promised a new HVAC. After I signed all the paper work the communication from Beam’s side was pretty much nonexistent. If it wasn’t for me calling the customer service line several times and getting myself on the schedule for installation initially I am not sure if my HVAC would be installed yet. My HVAC is installed and was working great but they damaged my home and after calling repeatedly I can’t get on the schedule to hav

    Duke Power is really giving me a. Hard time with regards to energy and our cost. Bill has exceeded 800.00 a month. Please help me to solve the problem.... Thanks.. Barbie

    Thank you Alex for your persistence in helping me with my solar panels. Beam Solar is very lucky to have you as CEO. I'm aware there's been alot of changes and transitions that caused unseeming results. I appreciate you calling and helping me understand these unfortunate events. You also ensured I am a satisfied customer and was very accommodating to work with. Thank you!

    The folks at Beam were great to work with. They made it easy to get signed up, were communicative and professional during the entire installation process and made themselves available to answer all of our solar questions (and we had a lot!). + our new HVAC system works like a dream. Their install team was super efficient and their customer service department has been incredibly helpful. We told our neighbors about our experience and now they're also working with Beam. Don't be the only one on the block to not take advantage of their services. Call them.
