  I made an appointment with them on Monday and they require 20% payment on the work they were going to do. I ended up not being able to do the work and called to cancel the appointment on Tuesday and they said the deposit was nonrefundable so I lost $42 and they did absolutely nothing. Even doctors office let you cancel within 24 hours. I will find a new shop.

  Battery heater from Bend Battery did not turn off as promised by the owner. Fried a brand new lithium ion phosphate battery. Refused to replace the battery.

  Fairly rude first interaction over the phone, very expensive prices and poor return policies. Not a bad reviewer but felt the need to express this sadly :( Definitely recommend Oxbow instead

  I'm loving the new charge controller. The fact is that I can recover from surgery and monitor everything on my phone is a bona fide Plus and a FOUR YEAR WARRENTY! Is a major Plus.   My girlfriend and I were headed to Eastern Oregon this weekend for a few days. On the way, I noticed our Ecoflow River 3 Plus wasn’t charging. I called Bend Battery from Sweet Home and they said to stop on by. We got there and Brandon did us a solid!! They didn’t have an XT60 cable, but they had the components to make us one. Brandon made us a 3’ cable in no time and had us back on the road charging our power station with zero issues the rest of the weekend! Thank you so much to Brandon and the rest of the crew there.
