    Update: The owner responded to my review claiming this was from another company, however that is not the case. What's even worse is the management team reached out to me and is now lying to customers on Google trying to cover up their mistakes. Read my original review below. BUYER BEWARE.     My experience with E2 was good until they decided they couldn't honor their warranty. We had our system installed in 2017 and they did come out and replace the Solar Edge inverter when it began to fail, however a few days later the new inverter stopped communicating with the Solar Edge servers (so we weren't getting any data). They decided to charge $600 to run a cat5 cable from the inverter to my router! It had been using cellular for the past 4 years. I was shocked but remained civil. When I questioned a theory Solar Edge was providing, E2 said I called them a liar (I didn't) and informed me

    Got a quote from this company in January to do a 21kW solar installation. Worked to get a bank loan for the sizeable project, and after all the work to get the loan secured, can't get E2 to call back. Have called numerous times over the past 6 months and had no return phone call. Very frustrating to work with someone who won't call you back. All I needed was them to update the proposal so I could sign it, but apparently they don't want the work. It was a good experience up until the time they decided not to ever call back.

    I had two different systems installed by E2 solar. Chose them because they were local and passionate. Had a couple issues such as when they serviced they forgot to plug my system back in so it was down for a few months and then it turns out they had drilled a hole in my roof that caused a leak in my bedroom. It took over six months for them to admit it was them and only after I paid a contractor to prove it. To their credit they did eventually take responsibility and cover the costs to repair. I was giving them the benefit of doubt on all this and not posting a review. However, I just spoke wi

    My experience with E2 Solar is a little unusual. I had a system installed by another company and was told if I ever had to replace my roof it would be a certain number. A few years later I needed to have my roof replaced and when I called the original company I was told a price that was close to triple the original number. I decided to call around to see if any other company could perform the service and thankfully I called E2 Solar. Dustin was so kind in helping me work toward resolving my problem and he gave me some great advice on dealing with the other company. I can only assume their serv

    E2 had excellent communication, quality service and product, and got our Solar installed without any issues. Very happy from initial estimate to final install.

    We initially contacted E2Solar as they were a local company. I was impressed with their quick response. Mason came out to talk to us, took measurements and spent time explaining all aspects of the process as well as providing an estimate and explaining all possible state programs that we could take advantage of. The people who came to do the work were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The entire installation process was completed in less than 3 days.
