Its one and two star share is 5 points below the typical installer in Bend. Across Oregon, 55 of the 106 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 87 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★20%

Each mark is one company we hold in Bend whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Stan Solar Cleaning & Pigeon Eviction is the red one. What reviewers said

I had Solar Stan come to clean, remove nest and install a bird guard around my panels. They went beyond expectations. The birds really left havoc and they had to stay longer (a lot longer). Quality work, quality communication, elite guys doing elite work. Truly worth the money: I recommend them and will use them again for future projects.

The team at Solar Stan did an amazing job! We had been dealing with pigeons ever since our solar panels were installed, but it’s now been over 6 months with no more pigeon problems. The pigeons came back once, took a look around, realized there was no longer a safe space on our roof, and haven’t been back since. If you have solar panels, I would highly recommend having the Solar Stan team come out and take a look!

Sarah and her team were great! Their communication was phenomenal. They were prompt, fair and did a great job in helping us evacuate pigeons from our roof and solar panels. Highly recommend.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“the first time. As a Bend local for over 20 years, we treat every home like it’s our…”

  • Bonded

“we’ll let you know right away. Safe, Bonded, and Insured Our team follows safety…”

  • Insured

“know right away. Safe, Bonded, and Insured Our team follows safety protocols for…”

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
