Its one and two star share is 9 points above the typical installer in the Bend area. Across Oregon, 19 of the 106 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 133 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in the Bend area, on one axis
Each mark is one company we hold in the Bend area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Infinity Solar USA is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Pros: The staff were professional and courteous, quick to respond and try to address arising issues; never left me hanging during instillation. Cons: I was never told about a $13,500 dollar "bank fee" that I did not know existed until I left a a one star review; Infinity got ahold of me and gave me a cost break down, that is the first time I ever saw the $13,500 bank fee. Previously it read "system cost", no mention what so ever of a bank fee. in addition there was a nebulous charge that did show up on my contract under the roofing line item "Market Adjustment $9,700" This is all on top of $18

Some young guy shows up at my door. Ingores 2 no soliciting signs. Lies to me right off the back saying there have been issues in our neighborhood and that he is willing pacific power and wants to see my meter. He is dressed in normal street clothing. No Clip board no company vehicle nothing that would indicate he was with pacific power. When I called him on it he then said he works for infinity and was sent by pacific power I told him I was busy to come back the next day. I called pacific power and talked to my local rep and they had no idea what I was talking about. I told her the guy said h

Updated 19 Feb 26 After contacting a 3rd party they were able to get Infinity to fix the problem and they did. Updated 4 Dec 25 Infinty had ghosted me and not responded in months, beyond a weak response on here. Updated 31 Oct 25 Infinity fails to respond to us and we have been down for a while. Our battery backup doesn't work to the point whwre Infinity unplugged it. We have had several power outages since then with no backup. Infinity responded to my last comment and told me to contact them... We have... Update 18 July 25. Had our first power outage since the battery backup was "fixed," and

The completed solar project, after a long convoluted process, now seems to be working well but we are still left with a major repair issue of a section of roof under one panel. There were many miss steps in the process of getting the system installed that took over three months. There was a clear breakdown between the planning and installation team with one of the panels ending up getting installed on a portion of the roof that had not been reroofed after we paid $4000 for that to be done before the panels were installed. Now we will need to pay extra to restore that section of roof although t

I'm always skeptical at first, but these guys seem to know what they are doing. From the salesman all the way down to the day of the installation things went pretty smooth. The system is installed in portions so there was the sale, the panel installation, then the rest of the system (battery, cuttoff switches, etc). I wish I would got the names of the guys that did the roof panel part, because they did great; on time, professional, and cleaned up really well upon departure. About an hour or two later after panel installation began the electricians showed up. German and Aaron were great. They e

I’ve had my system for 2-1/2 years now. It produces enough power that I only get a basic delivery charge from my electric company. Had one minor glitch in that time and infinity resolved it in just a day or two— no charge. I’m a happy customer.

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Financing
“your property value. Do you offer financing options for solar installation? Yes, Infinity…”
Insured
“Infinity Solar USA, we are certified, insured, and trained in the latest solar…”
Licensed
“by advanced technology and a team of licensed professionals. We understand that…”
Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
