  All of these 5 star reviews, I’m not sure why I had so many issues, but here’s the short of my experience. I had these guys out. Complete fail. Did part of the job and said they’d schedule a follow up to finish. 2 months later I get an invoice for the partial repair. I pay and ask when they will finish. 2 months later, they finally respond and tell me they don’t do repairs anymore. They only do solar now. Interesting, solar was on my list I gave them…. I won’t use them for anything after this experience. Now, the partial repair they did, they did well and Tom was very friendly, but to tell me

  I have a 2023 24RKS Outdoors RV here in FL adding off grid in stages. I'm ready for the next increment. I'm deeply disappointed that after all the times I've given thumbs up on their videos, that they are not the helpful people their videos and how Thompson RV represents them with their joint videos...helpful, expert, etc. I sent them an email requesting info about the rails they used in a video with the Rich 335watt panels. I then asked if I could get some guidance that I was willing to pay for. I received a 1-sentence reply that siad no help available and then nothing about the rails that I

  Giving MYT Solar this rating feels unfair to them, there really needs to be a higher tier for rating a business with standards as high as theirs. The attention to detail here is second to none, you should feel privileged if Tom and Ely select you as a client. I'm not overstating when I say the job was done to perfection, this man is an artist and his canvas is your RV.

  From the day we started full-time RVing in 2003, we knew we wanted to boondock... even before we'd heard that word!   So many times in business you have an intial great experience but don't really have much of an interaction beyond that. Well in the RV world, we know this to not exactly be true and fortunate for us we found a company who 100% stands behind their product. In 2023 MYT solar put a full roof of solar on our camper enabling us to live full time and not worry about having to connect to shore power if we didn't want.
