Its one and two star share is 5 points above the typical installer in Colorado. Across Colorado, 66 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 27 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

  • 1★ · around August 2026

Incredibly rude door solicitor. Very pushy and disrespectful. Will not use

  • 1★ · around July 2026

No means no, they ignore no soliciting signs and are rude and relentless

  • 1★ · around July 2026

Quit ringing doorbells and knocking excessively!!! And if your front door is unlocked then they just open your door and come right in yelling for you!!! WTH??!! Even if I wanted solar, I would never buy from this company because they’re soliciting practices are WILD!!!! They don’t give up!!!

The sales process and install were smooth. Big Dog's follow up details and turning on the system was very poor. AC Unit had to be rebooted twice due to Bog Dog lack of education. Thought something was wrong with the unit so I called AC company to come out. That was 100$. They rebooted the system. Then Big Dog came back out to do something with the system while I was away from home for a week and the AC unit had to be rebooted again. Not fun when it's 100* plus every day and my wife is calling me saying the AC unit is out, again. The need to reboot our systems was never discussed/educated to us

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Loveland is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
