Receptionist called me and then was rude. Get better staff, clearly they don't know how to talk to someone. Also I never applied for your company nor do I live anywhere near you.

Be very careful. I signed up with them and it took over 6months and I'm still not on solar power. I am now paying the solar lease company and SCE for my electric . Horrible customer service. Lack of communication. "Buyer beware!"

Do not get your solar from them they drag their feet now I have been stuck paying for two bills for the last three months! They have the worst customer service and go through employees like crazy! Very unprofessional!!!

Great place! You can tell they work ENDLESSLY to get your solar and everything set up. They are NOT scamming or disgusting. Those reviews sound fake considering not only how friendly the employees are, but how fast they work to make sure you’re satisfied. They treat every customers amazingly! To them you are not just another customer. You can tell as if your particular case is just as important to them to help you and the next. Every representative is very knowledgeable and can get every question answered. Very impressed it’s been ran really well!

I know first hand what a reputable company this is. I absolutely trust them to not only provide top rated service, but they also have amazing follow up with their customers. They truly want to make sure their customers get a great product and they make sure they continue to be completely satisfied. I have referred them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

They do such amazing work. They are amazing works and they work really fast. I may not live in California anymore but when I did live there I had their solar panels on my house And they we’re absolutely amazing and lots of my friends and family have them to. 5 stars is a must. I would out more if I could.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“breakdown of costs, savings, and financing options Benefit: You’ll know exactly what…”

• Years in business

“around doing solar the right way. Over 10+ years of real solar industry experience…”

• Bonded

“Teams Vetted, licensed, and bonded teams with experience in solar +…”

Its website also mentions warranty and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Oakhurst is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
