I’ve had great energy production from my panels. However, 4 years later, I’m being told they ruined my roof by walking all over it with incorrect shoes. The roof is only 12 years old now and needs to be replaced. The cost of removing and reinstalling the solar panels is $8000. The roof will cost another $12000 and interior damage $3000.

DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They put some of my panels in a shaded area, and they never told us our loan was a collateral loan. Currently have some issues with my panels, which should be under warranty but can not reach anyone. Having to get local company to fix. Look elsewhere

This is what you get if you hire Brio. Terrible installation that can burn your house down. Beware of this company!

We have gotten solar panels with Brio. Like other reviewers, I feel they provide a good product but their customer service is lacking. We got a new roof also, and were able to finance the whole package, and will hopefully not have any trouble getting a tax credit for going solar at next tax season. But their lack of responsiveness was really terrible; the farther along we got the worse it was. It took me 2 days of being in voicemail hell, working my way gradually from caller #10 to caller #1, then having the call disconnected, and this happening repeatedly; to watching a YouTube video to try t

I had Solar Panels installed last week. The team that install my panels was very professional and direct with me about questions i had. I'm now waiting again for the final inspection to get them up and running. Today is May 28 2020. I'm excited about my new investment Saturday will be a week. Will keep you posted once I learn more of what's really taking place with my Solar Panels . ( work in progress)…Brio went out of business.. please respond to Sun Services out of Charlotte for all of your Solar Panels issues. My Panels are up and running.. again thank you Sun Services Pam

we were very impressed with Darren as he presented to us the use of solar panels - he was not pushy just honest - he went above and beyond the call helping us with other projects he had much more knowledge of than we did. Appreciated his willingness to help and his knowledge of product he was selling.

Very good experience with quick install. Only downside was it took months to get through the process and actually getting the system turned on. Solar bill and power bill overlapped.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
