Brent and team installed our solar system and I couldn’t have been more impressed! Communication was amazing and the quality of work was impressive. Even through a hiccup, they stayed on top of it and didn’t make it our problem to deal with— that’s a true gem in customer service and great business practices. I have worked with other solar companies outside of the area for other homes, and that experience made me hesitant to put solar on our current home. If Callahan was my installer before, I never would have hesitated. Really great people— honest, not pushy, and wanted only the most valuable

Our experience working with Callahan Solar was first-rate. We had installed a freestanding solar array several years ago and decided it was time to add a battery backup. Brent Hilton, the proprietor, provided a detailed estimate and was happy to explain all aspects of the job. The installation was carried out smoothly and professionally, and a recent power outage (the first in our area since adding the backup) proved the worth of the equipment, as I didn't even realize there was an outage until I got a text from our power company! I highly recommend Callahan Solar for all your solar needs.

Brent and Scotty worked with us to create an affordable, custom designed neat and efficient solar and battery storage installation. Communication is great with follow up questions even after completion. We highly recommend their skills and encourage anyone to visit the peony farm in Callahan in spring as well. Cheers to local businesses.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

“solution for EnErgy InDEpENDENCE With over 20 years of industry experience, CALLAHAN…”

• Licensed

“submissions. Our professional and licensed team will install your system with…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
