    The experience was ok. However I would have expected the whole project to have completed sooner with more timely updates. Also, I needed hand holding until I saw the Solar kick in and start seeing reduction on the bills. It's been a 9 months and I still see the same bill as was before and the response when I reached out to project team regarding the same was not proper, the response could have been lot more desired. I should not have trusted their sales people completely and should have done my homework properly. This is a big economic failure for me caused by Centauri, despite spending thousa

    I scheduled a call with Centauri Systems to talk about getting solar installed in my home last week, but never received a link to join the meeting. 5 minutes after the meeting start time, I received a call from someone named Zach who asked why I hadn't logged in for the meeting. I explained that no one at his company had actually shared a link, and he did then finally share one. Zach seemed to be trying hard to market the company, and kept talking about wanting to get us on the same page. I was glad to take the call once I received the link, but a bit puzzled about what information Zach needed

    Everyone from the sales person to the installers were wonderful to work with. They kept me informed and on schedule every step of the way. I was especially impressed with the roofers and the solar installers who worked well as teams and were very respectful of me and my property. I also liked that Centauri is a local company, not a national or multi-state chain.

    Dylan helped us out with ordering some parts for our solar system. Had great communication and was very kind. Will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!
