    Update: since they are no longer blue raven things have really gone downhill. I needed a new roof and they needed to come take off the panels. Communication has been almost non-existent. It has been over a month and there is no date in sight when my panels will be reinstalled. They say they are waiting for parts but again there has been no proactive communication and they no longer seem like a good organization to go through for solar installation.     I had solar panels installed at my home in November 2025, when the company was called Blue Raven Solar. They had good reviews at the time, but my experience with them has been poor. Steer clear of this company and its shady business practices. I'm not even clear about whether I'm dealing with Blue Raven, SunPower, or whatever name they are going by these days. The company told me that I would receive a referral incentive for referring others to have panels installed by them, so I referred someone, but I still haven't received the incentive. I've called and emailed multiple times with no respon

    This has turned out to be a total scam. My system is not producing anywhwre near what they "guaranteed" me, and trying to get someone on the phone, or to come out, has proven to be impossible. I have called in multiple times to get a work order, and have NEVER received a single call back. RUN away from these scammers while you can!!!

    Communication was great selling me the solar system. But quickly went sour when complications arose or I need questions answered after the install

    Blue Raven was great to work with. Salesperson, the Utah main office and installation crew were all efficient and professional. Blue Raven handled all the paperwork including my HOA and all permits. I highly recommend this solar company.
