  Crew 7, Erik, Andrew, John and "name I cannot remember" did a fantastic job of my father's solar and battery install. Every step of the way they made sure to go above and beyond to answer all my questions. They also proactively asked me many questions to ensure that the install met my expectations and how I wanted things placed, as the install was on a cabin that is not 100% finished so placement of conduit and wiring was critical for me. I was shocked with the attention to detail the crew showed, they made sure every little piece of the system met my expectations, they even went above and bey

  The installation experience was ok but post installation whenever i have tried to reach out to their service department for support it has been a painful experience - never received call back too .

  The panels and most the employees were excellent. However, the actual electrician was difficult to work with and very soppy. The work met code so they wouldnt do anything about it, but agreed it was sloppy and not done the best way. Puddle of tar left in lawn when i have a dog, pieces of stuff left on the ground, slopped tar on top of power mast on roof, forced fit the boxes and pipe, installed power mast so painted side faced house. Will have to repaint mast. No reason things had to be done like that. There was also a mix up about the critter guards. They were supposed to be added to my order

  Brain was great to deal with. He is prompt and professional He handled my inverter warranty claim and took care of everything.
