  One of their sales reps called me today to ask me if I wanted to save money on solar. I kindly explained that I already have solar and it was installed in January of 2024. She told me I was lying because she can see my roof and I don't have any solar panels. She needs to update her database

  That’s ridiculous I’ve been having solar installed since May 2021 and a young man was convincing that my bill will steady and lower now we are in 2023 I still don’t see any Change and no one really tells me what’s going on I’m very disappointed. And I’m ready by any way either the company removed those panels or find way. Or than that I will find a legal way I don’t have rational explanation.

  I am very, very disappointed with the changeover to my US Solar/Xcel Energy service. My disappointment is based on the amount I am now charged for electrical service. Prior to signing up with US Solar my monthly billing with Xcel Energy on the “Average monthly plan” was $223. My current “Average monthly plan” Xcel Energy bill is $355. My US Solar monthly payments are approximately an additional $150. That means I went from $223 monthly (pre US Solar) to over $500 currently (post US Solar). I have discussed this with Xcel Energy and they said their billing system has changed. My monthly Xcel En

  It certainly reduces your carbon footprint, but they seem to change the rate without giving you any notification.

  We're a commercial subscriber to one of their solar gardens and couldn't be happier. We're lucky to have gotten a spot. It was such a breeze to set up and have had no issues with our payments or utility credits. The Team is great and you can tell they truly care about the work they're doing. It's awesome to be able to tell our clients we support solar even in this leased office building space.

  My dad signed up and has been a member for a few years now. I was quite suprised he did it. He is usually pretty skeptical especially when it comes to technology and things like this. He has been very happy and highly recommends signing up. He holds onto his credit checks from EXCEL and proudly shows people if they question him if it was worth it. Therefore I am a new customer too!
