    When we first started working with Colorado Solar, it was great. They were very helpful and responsive. Once the panels were installed, the inspector told us we needed Critter Guard to prevent pigeons from chewing the wires and creating a fire hazard. When we reached out to Colorado Solar, they passed us off to someone else without indicating the relationship to the person. The person asked for our address, which was odd given that the solar company had all our information. I had a delay in responding, and when I did, I got no response.     Do not listen to what these people tell you. Adding solar to your house is great, but when we were sold our system, we already had the intentions of moving in the next year or two. We were told solar would increase the price of our house and it would make our house easier to sell. That was entirely not the case. Our home value did not improve at all and no one wanted to buy our house with the panels on them. Every single person who considered making an offer either told us to pay off the loan or remove them.     I am on the fence with my review and hoping maybe by posting a review someone may finally fully contact me and help me! We have had solar for over a year now which is absolutely great until I have been trying to reach someone to fully help me and get our data box and app fixed! We have not had data in over a month and recently got a power bill on top of our solar bill but because we can’t see what’s going on with our panels we don’t know if something’s not working or what. I was sent an email by Crystal with a how to rest the internet but when I responded that I don’t have the options on our a

    Colorado Solar is a top notch company with outstanding personnel. In December of 2023, they made every attempt, to include removing snow from my roof, to install the necessary items for me to claim my rebate in 2023. They were very professional and the install took less than a day. Mrs. Bailey Freeman was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to setting up my app to ensure everything was working correctly. Again, an excellent company with great people that provide great customer service.

    Great company! They know their stuff and their sales staff is very fun. I worked with Paula and she was a blast. She gave me multiple options and quotes and very helpful through the whole process.
