Still don't have full functionality of my system. $1000 to run wires mount panels and 4 brackets. Seems every time they come over something mysteriously causes yet another issue. Too busy chasing the next buck. Always late never on time. Even had the nerve to try and charge me for a evaluation for new system. Wait you installed my current one. If they come back for anything don't be surprised if your system suddenly produces much less energy. To be fair the manufacturer did have a few issues with failing parts. They made good. Drove all the way from LA to find these guys had positive and negat

Matthew has been SUPER helpful, prompt and excellent with communication. Wife & I purchased an off-grid house without power and Matthew was flexible with pricing options and his system was extremely efficient and effective. He and his helper Bryan both did a great job installing our new system. Also learned a lot in the process! Highly recommend Dragon Off Grid.

I bought a set of 12 solar panels and racking hardware from Matt. He was very helpful answering my questions and the pricing on the equipment was great.

Matt seems to be knowledgeable about his business and is a good communicator...something that is hard to find these days and a valuable attribute. While he came later than anticipated due to challenges of transporting the equipment such a long distance, he kept me informed. i live half an hour outside of Garberville, and he was willing to make the trek from Ukiah! While here to install the new panels and re-wiring the system, he let one of the workers help me trouble shoot my water system when that person was not needed. He also found that the professional outfit that had put in my inverter th

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • Google also lists this company under electrical.
    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
