Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Jonathan and his team were incredibly responsive and professional throughout the whole process. We changed our electrical panel and Jonathan walked me through the whole process. When the city took extra time to get back to me, Jonathan would help follow up and call for me. We felt like we were in good hands!

My mother in law applied for the Southern California Edison (SCE) Charge Ready Home program. After she received her approval email, we found Jonathan's number on the list of approved contracts on the SCE site. I called him, and he literally took care of everything else from there and kept me updated with the differentsteps. 9 days later and a new panel, circuit, and level 2 charger were quicky and professional installed.

Eastern energy installed my solar panels and I am extremely happy with his customer service, as well as the quality of his work. Thank you eastern energy time to save some money!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Montebello is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
