My father which is 80 years old was talked into having these solar panels installed and has yet to get an inspection so they can be turned on. furthermore was told that these panels would be replacing his electric bill and and the panels wouldn’t cost him nothing. And recently received a bill of $28,000. So now he has solar panels that don’t work because of lack of inspection and a $28,000 bill. This company is very misleading and from other reviews that I have read they seem to prey on the elderly. Therefore LEGAL ACTION will be taken asap. PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD

3rd edit: Beware - they also do not follow through with their production guarantee and then ignore attempts to contact them! I finally got my report for my guarantee. They declined to putting new panels on, even though I was below 85% of the guaranteed production (because the panels were not working for two months, and thats the reason they didnt produce enough - but you know, let's disregard the fact they they put me off for those two months even though I called and reported them not working right after installation). Even if I thought that was a fair assessment (which I don't - the delay was

UPDATE 7/1/2025: Do NOT fully put your trust in the sales representatives as they might not be telling the full truth. The sales rep I had lied to me twice. Once about a rebate that I never got, and once about being able to cancel a ADT contract after the first year of paid service. I now have to pay for two separate ADT contracts, as I already had a system before this, and cannot cancel it until the next two years of payments are done. Neither side will budge about cancelling the contract so I'm stuck with the extra payments going forward. Be WARY of what the sales rep says! Original Review:

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
