⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing and Stressful Experience I chose Freedom Forever based on multiple promises that were ultimately not kept. One of the key reasons I signed my contract was because I was told they used an in‑house roofing company. That turned out to be completely false. Instead, my roofing work was subcontracted to ROOFIX out of Texas, who then subcontracted the work again to another roofing company here in Connecticut. This lack of transparency alone was concerning, but the situation became much worse. After the work was completed, I received a phone call from the Connecticut

SCAM! CON ARTISTs. No live person to talk to, Ive been calling for DAYS and the hold music just plays. They have a "contract" I NEVER had or signed with them, on a house i have sold. We had a consultation LAST SUMMER of 2024, and just the other day almost $100 was taken out of my account, A YEAR after the fact. Does that even make sense? No one can answer the phone. Mosaic is saying i have a loan of almost $25K!!! I do not!!! No installation was EVER started on my house. I had to tell them to screw off many times actually they wouldn't leave me alone and now i'm getting charged on a service th

Sales person James has great communication with his clients available a call away at any time of the day and will work along side your installation process. As for the staff that works over the phone in office only dealt with to verify a leak and they came out twice which I do appreciate as a new customer going the extra mile to guarantee everything on there end is installed correctly. Office staff over the phone seemed a bit impatient with my questions but prefer to deal with my sales man for any questions or concerns. If you’re going to get solar do your research there is more to it than you

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
