    We have had horrible service with Freedom Forever and have not received the full relief we were promised. Now when things that are warranted for repair it is no longer available. HIGHLY do not recommend.

    It took over a year for my system to be INcorrectly installed. They were not clear about any of the building process during construction either. Every time I contacted Freedom Forever, they gave me vague answers and inaccurate timelines about when the project would be completed. When I pointed out any errors, most of their answers were “oh, that wasn’t us, that was a 3rd party service” What kind of company allows another company to make decisions for them? About 14 months after my project was started, I was contacted by someone from Freedom Forever and they found out through me that I had 10 p

    I can't imagine how they have 4.5 rating. They were supposed to service my panels on January, tech called and said that he's not gonna be able to do it and will reschedule for a later time. Little did I know that "later time" will be in April. Wish I was never deal with them.

    Phenomenal experience. Worked with Jeff for initial intake, Stephanie for scheduling (can't get enough of her pianos), Fred the master electrician, and the rest of the gang. Each went above and beyond. System is up and running now. No complaints for my first solar system. It can be a lengthy process -- in total it took 4 months -- but that's from initial contact to final clean up. Not to mention it was all taking place during the blizzard of '26 and several nor'easters. I also had an odd situation that required some additional steps having things relocated to make the system up to code. Couldn
