Since 2020 this company has proven to be inconsistent with communication and simply horrible with their customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone or hire them again. Here's why... In 2020, a trusted friend recommended them to me to purchase and install Mitsubishi heat pumps in my home and I completely regret hiring them now. My experience started with the sales rep being late to the consultation, followed by a miscommunication and scheduling issue with their technician. Next, they ordered the wrong color covers from what I had requested. When I pointed it out, the lead technician

In June 2022 we had 4 heat pumps installed in an historic Vermont house. The team that installed the system was thoroughly professional. The leader of the project team had installed over 180 heat pumps. The work sites were cleaned up every day, and thoroughly at the end of the work. They arrived on time, worked diligently and quietly, and explained the operation of the system to us at the end of the process. They also offered advice on how best to protect the outside units and other aspects of heat pump technology which was new to us. We are completely satisfied with their work and would not h

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
