    I CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE!!!!!! Phone says "Cannot be completed as dialed" and email comes back with "This email does not exist" I can NOT utilize my solar panels WITHOUT contact from this company. 19 solar panels sitting here, turned off, wasted money, and no benefit to having them!!!

    I cant imagine that there is a worse company out there!! Absolutely awful!! I wish we could post a huge flasing warning sign! My wife and I are so disappointed. We work so hard for our money and this company completely took advantage of us. From being shorted panels, unfinished work, run around after run around. We are now facing paying someone else to finish the work properly. They do not care about business ethics or integrity. Do not under any circumstances go with this company!!

    Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I have left 5 voicemails, sent 2 emails and attempted the chat system, all to no avail over a 2 month period in an attempt to get help resolving a communication error between the inverter and solar edge app. The company is great when they are trying to sell you something but follow up service is absolutely horrible when you need assistance!

    Green Home System did a great job installing my system with a reasonable price. But, for any followup or services request, I can't go thru and no answers period. No one answers the phone calls or emails. My system is down for a month now and Enlighten couldn't help me on line, the installer has to come and repair the system, no other choice.

    Green Home Systems has a great product, great design team that listens to the customer. Installation was quick and easy, still struggling with the SREC credit process but expect that to be cleared up soon. Enjoyed working with Itai and Andrew in the design and placement of each piece to be installed. Well worth your time to hear what they have to say. UPDATE: System was installed April 2021 if memory serves correctly. Everything was hummin along just fine making power pushing into the grid getting credits. Out of the blue the primary inverter up and quit working. It took a month for anyone to

    I live by my self and did not wants stranger come and bid on a solar panels . Green Home Systems offers a unique approach which I loved . I sent my electric bill to Netor my rep and he told me to join a virtual meeting . We discussed my bill and then he offered me an alternative. It was easy no pushy sales person . Thank you Green Home Systems My Los Angeles solar installation looks amazing and saving me money.

    Green Home System are GREAT! They completed our installation on a timely manner. Throughout our service the team was professional and friendly. Our savings kicked in right away. I would refer them WITH NO PROBLEM!
