    They are irresponsible during the process once they snag you! Cameron does not return calls or follow up. They got the approval and decided they were too busy, the owner? lies just to maintain a good review... Cameron is a Liar too!!

    I'd love to give then. ZERO stars!! Helio screwed us big time. They started off bad in 2015 saying the instal would be completed by Jan. 2016. It was completed until May 2016. We had to threaton them with breach of contract to get them to even start! They left walls damaged where they moved electrical panels. When we found a panel was not working they claimed it was not covered under the agreement. It should have been. From the beginning we have had minor leaks in the roof around/under panels. Yup roof damage. Will they help, even though tbe agreement covers roof damage? NO! DO NOT GO WITH THI

    We had some hurdles through the process, but ultimately it was a success. We installed 30 REC solar panels on our home in Fullerton after much consideration. Our consultant Conor was very knowledgeable on all the different ways we could go solar and ultimately decided on the PPA. We are excited to save money and feel protected from future power outages thanks to Conor’s recommendation of Tesla Powerwalls. We now feel prepared for the El Niño storm.

    Helios Energy Global did a fantastic job on our solar installation on my home in Simi Valley. I wasn’t sure what panels to get, or which inverter to get, but after working with Robert he helped me understand all my options and set me up with a stellar monthly for the entire system, and the best was I didn’t have to drop a dollar out of pocket! Highly recommend these guys for solar and Tesla Powerwall installation
