    Terrible and their customer service is straight trash. You pay so much and once they take your money they won’t even respond. When you have issues with the system they install - they ack clueless. Very unprofessional and ridiculous.

    I entered into a service contract paying HI-Power Solar LLC $233.07 with balance due when job completed. The solar part to be installed was mailed directly to them. It has now been a month and I have received absolutely no service from HI-Power Solar. Infact, the only time I hear from them is when I call them. Furthermore, they now refuse to send me the solar part, which I paid for. No service/No follow-up/Breach of contract.

    Sales pitch was good and installation seemed to have gone ok. But then everything went down hill from there. Systems doesn't work properly and we are still getting $700 electric bills - its been over a year. Tried multiple times to work with them to get it fixed. Its the runaround game getting passed on to the next person. No accountability. Its sadly comforting after reading the reviews, that we are not crazy and the company really does treat their customers like this. And if you're still contemplating it, just look at their responses to some of these reviews! It shows how they will treat you

    I had Hi Power install panels and batts and all worked as expected. When trouble came (recent hurricane Lala), we were knocked off grid (now 3rd day) and had an issue with the batteries. As expected from Hi Power, the request was processed quickly - from Cindy to Cruz and they were able to have technicians (Rick and son - Sorry! I forgot your name!) out to the house the same day! They came, they checked, they detailed and they fixed! They coordinated with the manufacturer to verify how to confirm normal operations as we had no power from the grid and the sun decided to hide when they came. Eve

    Chase and the HI Power Solar team, I had multiple solar power system issues - panels going down, inverter needing to be replaced, and water heater issues. There are a lot of Solar Power companies to choose from in Hawaii - how do I know who to work with to help me on my home!?!? Chase/HI Power Solar were patient and diligent through the whole process. Experienced, accomplished, and kind. Chase educated, provide options, trouble shot all possibilities, respected my input, addressed questions, and made me feel like we were on the same team. He worked with me as the client - had my interests in m

    Josh and Ezekiel came to my home to replace a burnt out inverter. They did an outstanding job. Very professional and explained lots of stuff I wish I knew before. Great team. The leaders at the main office in Pearl City, Chase and Cruz were exceptionally patient and helpful. I highly recommend Hi Power Solar. Local company in Pearl City who are very responsive. Excellent customer service.
