Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 11 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

I want to share my experience working with Independent Solar Consultants LLC. It was a 5-star customer experience from start to finish. The team is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They took the time to evaluate my specific wants and needs to ensure they provided the right equipment for the project. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they even followed up at a later date to check in on everything. 10/10, I highly recommend their services.

Jesselyn is wonderful to work with. I’ve now done multiple solar systems and home improvement projects with her! She is very helpful and thorough. Walks me through every step of the way. I definitely recommend reaching out to her!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“Professionals Providing all available financing options for your custom solar system,…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. San Jacinto is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
