    While I post reviews with some frequency on Google, I only do so to express gratitude for great service. Never a review worse than four stars. This review marks a change for me. We have been disappointed in the service of JD Solar. A year ago, the system stopped working completely and it took a few days to get JD focused on the issue as they suggested Enphase was the problem with internal software upgrade issues. JD indicated that production was still occurring even though data reporting was not working. Given this went on for a few days, I thought the problem was more severe, so I reached out

    Recently, my system lost its internet connection to the gateway. I contacted JD Solar to send a technician. Later the same day, a technician arrived and, within minutes, resolved the issue. Thank you JD Solar for providing excellent service.

    JD solar was the most professional and straight forward solar company we met with (we met and got estimates from three companies). Bob with JD solar came prepared with easy to understand and concise charts and documents about our usage, what system would be most effective for us, and our different options. Bob was also just a joy to meet and kept us updated along the way with permits and install. I recommend them to anyone considering solar.
