Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in the Richmond area. Across Virginia, 56 of the 118 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I needed to have my solar panels uninstalled and reinstalled. This company is amazing. It will cost you butt what doesn't and I really didn't have a choice due to my roof. They come when they say they're coming and it's done in a timely manner. My system usually has to be reconnected to my wifi. Not this time. My system was in perfect working condition when the work was completed.

Kilo Hollow Energy did an excellent job removing and reinstalling our solar panels for a roof replacement. The entire process was smooth, well-coordinated, and handled professionally from start to finish. Min and William were especially great to work with. They communicated clearly, stayed on top of scheduling, and made sure everything lined up properly with the roofing work. That level of coordination made a big difference and helped avoid delays or confusion. The crew was professional, efficient, and careful with the panels and the property. I would definitely recommend Kilo Hollow Energy to

Its website also mentions free estimate, better business bureau, insured and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
