    Buyers beware. I’m surprised there is still a google page for this company. We had such a bad experience with this company that it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth after 3 years. Slick sales people then delay after poor communication after delay after delay ect. Please avoid this company for your own sake.

    Working with kota has been a disaster that nearly resulted in a lien being placed on our house before we ever had functional solar panels. They went to great lengths to avoid speaking to us throughout the entire process - for 2 weeks we called everyone from their head of sales downward multiple times a day and were never responded to - and it was only after I got the cantact info for the COO that I was able to speak to anyone. This was all days before a a lien was nearly placed on our property because Kota had not paid their contractors. Kota convinced us to replace our roof in order to get so

    I am a disgruntled customer, extremely frustrated with your company’s inability to deliver my solar and roofing project. Still pending resolution to multiple issues. If I don’t hear back, I’ll not be left with choice but to file complaint cslb and take legal measures.

    Had a great experience with KOTA and their Rep Skylar Sherier. The system was installed and is working very well. We are generating more power than we are using and at looking forward to a nice rebate check from PG&E in a few more months. I highly recommend listening to Skylar if he wants to give you his sales presentation.

    I had a meeting with a Kota sales representative today Skylar, and the presentation was pretty amazing with the tools/apps to break down costs, savings, and timelines. I was very impressed with his knowledge and all of the benefits of "going": solar, plus answers to all of my questions and concerns. Great job.

    Trenton Saunders, kota sale team member visited our house around Nov 2020 trying to sell solar system for our house and by Dec 2020 we have Solar system was installed at out roof pulse they have upgraded roof. He smart and has vast knowledge about solar panels. I have got quotes from quite few other solar panels installation companies but they have bet everyone's price.
